21st Century Gold Rush
There is a new economic boom happening in the country, but unlike the gold rush of 1849 where people flocked to California to find riches in gold, investors from California, Arizona, New York, Florida, Texas etc… are flocking to Kansas City, Missouri to find “gold” in residential investment properties.
